As a result of the transaction, Unija ETL has acquired a majority stake in Ekonomik Accountants. Ekonomik will continue to operate under its existing name, management, and team, ensuring full continuity of service for clients. No changes are envisaged to staffing, client relationships, or day-to-day operations.
