    Our core business accounting includes the preparation of financial statements and various management reports. Complementary we provide corporate income tax and value added tax returns, payroll compliances, tax advisory and permits. This means that not only do we provide tax planning services and excel in tax law, but we are equally efficient in handling the day-to-day accounting and all other related requirements.

    Our firm meets the criteria of liabilities having a strong level of knowledge of the legislations and has the proper data security protocols. We embedded efficient workflows, information security and AML protocols. The certifications ensure a high professionalism equaling a high performance of services.     The complete procedure for a company incorporation takes typically from 2 up to 5 working days depending on type of legal entity, complexity of structure and activity codes. The pricing is by individual cost calculation.

    Accounting compliance

    Our high-end certified accounting services include UNIQA liability insurance and dedicated single-point-of-contact accountants for an professional service experience. Pricing starts from 150,- euro (excl. VAT) per month.

    VAT compliance & refunding

    Ekonomik Accountants provides accurate monthly recurring VAT compliance & refunding services and as well ad-hoc requests for e.g. VAT return on properties and projects. Pricing is defined by individual cost calculation.

    Legal representatives

    In case your foreign/non-resident company or Montenegrin branch office requires an experienced local legal and/or tax representative we can provide one. The pricing starts from 600,- euro (excl. VAT) per month.

    Work & Residence permits

    As the largest provider on the Montenegrin market we offer a comfortable end-2-end guidance with the capacity to deal with on-site health checks up to 100 employees per day. The pricing is by individual cost calculation.

    Certifications & licensing

    We can process each type of business license your company needs, for example for civil engineering, hotel, banking, tourism, energy and/or ecological projects, etc. The pricing starts from 500,- euro (excl. VAT) + admin fees.

    Payroll management

    Payroll compliance can be integrated with our accounting services or contracted as single service. Cost calculations are done per employee per month and FREE for the first 2 employees in combination with accounting services.

    Registered office services

    No physical office address in Montenegro (yet)? Our company provides the possibility to store the legally required documentation of your company and can be utilized as your official postal address. Pricing from 600,- euro per year.

    Reporting services

    Our extended services include the utmost precise corporate reporting including but not limited to extensive balance sheet reports, P&L sheet, gross balance sheet, cost/income report, cash flow statement and much more.
